Swiggy Crew Grows to Serve Lifestyle Shoppers in Metros

Swiggy has expanded its Crew service to major metros including Bengaluru, Mumbai, and the National Capital Region.

Initially piloted in select cities, Crew is designed as a one-stop lifestyle platform offering a wide range of tasks such as restaurant bookings, airport transfers, Aadhaar updates, gifting support, and travel planning.

The company said the platform goes beyond its food-delivery base to function as a broader concierge service. Rohit Kapoor, CEO of Food Delivery at Swiggy, said users are increasingly turning to Crew to manage both routine and premium tasks, reflecting a shift toward time-saving solutions among urban consumers.

Co-founder Phani Kishan Addepalli called Crew one of Swiggy’s most ambitious projects, noting that the service is built to deliver quick, dependable assistance for busy professionals seeking efficient services without added friction.
