Sharvari Joins Nykaa as Brand Icon, Ushering in a New Era of Beauty

India largest beauty and lifestyle portal, Nykaa, has appointed Bollywood actress Sharvari as its brand icon, in a colourful arrival of change in effort to redefine beauty of a new generation. Having established herself as a trendsetter with her unique charisma, Sharvari is pegged to be the face of the big campaigns of there organised by Nykaa such as the Hot Pink Sale and the Nykaaland as well as being a jury panel member of the Nykaa Best in Beauty (NBIB) Awards 2025.

Anchit Nayar, Executive Director and CEO of Nykaa Beauty, emphasized Sharvari’s alignment with the brand’s vision. “Sharvari’s authenticity and growing influence make her the perfect voice for today’s Nykaa consumer, who seeks meaning and inspiration in their beauty journey. She mirrors our evolution as we continue to innovate and connect with India’s youth,” Nayar stated.

This news comes at the same time when Nykaa is performing well in Q1 FY26, and with its beauty vertical projected growth in Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) of the higher mid-twenties due to geopolitical tensions as a hurdle to consumer sentiment. House of Nykaa also recorded strong growth by the company brands, proving the claim that it is a market leader in the Indian beauty market, which it commands a 30% share online.

The partnership with Nykaa is an extension of Sharvari previous involvement in the branded fashion campaign, Wear What Is Next, where she appeared to go along with fortunetelling. Since Nykaa is venturing into wellness and set to multiply its fashion vertical by four times by FY30, Sharvari is likely to raise the profile of the brand among multi-faceted consumers.
