UNIQLO Launches 'Everyday Wear for Mr. Dependable' with Rahul Dravid
UNIQLO, a well-known and popular clothing brand in the world, has taken on an intensive new campaign named: Everyday Wear of Mr. Dependable, featuring legendary cricketer Rahul Dravid as the brand ambassador.
The campaign begins on August 18, 2025, and recognizes UNIQLO LifeWear philosophy of comfortable, simple, and high-quality clothes. It features two outstanding products, AIRism Polo Shirt and SuperNon Iron Shirt, which can be worn everyday.
The campaign film features Dravid in a split-screen narrative, depicting him on the field coaching in the breathable AIRism Polo Shirt and off the field at a family dinner in the crisp Super Non Iron Shirt. This portrayal underscores the versatility of UNIQLO’s clothing for various facets of daily life.

Through this campaign, we showcase the two sides of Rahul Dravid, the coach on the field and the family man off field, demonstrating that UNIQLO is a dependable choice for everyday life.” The campaign will span digital, social media, CRM, in-store, and outdoor platforms, ensuring broad reach across India.
The video used in the campaign features Dravid in two personas that depict his real life. On one hand, he is shown on the cricket field as the coach looking cool in breathable AIRism Polo Shirt. In contrast, on the other one he is at family dinner, super-fashionable in the fresh Super Non Iron Shirt. This split screen narrative underlines the versatility of UNIQLO clothes, which can be worn in work as well as personal life, and goes well with the personality of Dravid, which is predictable and empathetic.

And to make it even more thrilling, UNIQLO is launching an augmented reality (AR) experience to its new store located in the Orion Mall with Brigade Gateway, Bengaluru, opening store on August 29, 2025. Customers will be able to be in contact with a virtual Rahul Dravid, who integrates technology with the product aim of the brand on functional and modern clothes. This is an act that establishes UNIQLO further in the Indian fashion industry.
