Realme Appoints Vicky Kaushal as Smartphone Ambassador

Realme, one of the most popular smartphone brands of India, has announced Bollywood star Vicky Kaushal as their newest smartphone brand ambassador, as they plan to launch of Realme 15 Series on July 24.

The announcement which was made on Tuesday highlights how Realme plans to get closer to the Indian youth by relating to them with the easily identifiable and authentic character that Kaushal presents.

The Realme 15 Series, which includes the Realme 15 5G and Realme 15 Pro 5G, will be the company flagship in 5G, as the Realme 15 Series will be marketed as the ultimate AI party phone with superior AI-supported camera functionality, a high-end processor, and design.

The series comes in four dynamic colors that include the Flow Silver, Silk Purple, Velvet Green, and Silk Pink, which targets the Gen Z and millennial buyers. It will be released at 7 PM IST on July 24.

Vicky Kaushal will lead Realme’s “Live for Real” campaign, which emphasizes boldness, authenticity, and staying rooted—values that resonate with the actor’s journey. “I’m proud to join a brand that understands the ambitions of India’s youth and empowers them to push boundaries,” Kaushal said. “Realme’s ‘Make it real’ philosophy aligns with my belief in staying true to oneself.”

Francis Wong, the Chief Marketing Officer of Realme India, commented that Kaushal is the right fit in terms of the brand saying,  “His confidence, relatability, and originality reflect everything we stand for. This collaboration will deepen our bond with young India.” The campaign will be a combination of compelling storytelling and the star power of Kaushal rolled out on TV, digital, print, and social media.
