JetSynthesys and Japan’s MIXI Explore Gaming and Esports in India
JetSynthesys, an Indian digital entertainment and technology company, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Japan’s MIXI Inc. to explore collaboration across gaming, esports, digital entertainment and marketing in India. Announced on September 28, 2026, the agreement also includes discussions around game development, publishing support and potential strategic investments.
The proposed partnership aims to combine JetSynthesys’ understanding of the Indian digital market with MIXI’s experience in gaming and entertainment. The companies will explore opportunities to develop business activities and reach audiences in India and potentially other markets.
JetSynthesys and MIXI to Explore Game Development and Publishing
Under the MoU, the companies will explore potential collaboration in game development and publishing support. The agreement also covers marketing and user acquisition initiatives, esports activities, market intelligence and business development support.
Both companies will also examine potential strategic investment opportunities and other areas of cooperation that may be mutually agreed upon. However, the MoU outlines areas for exploration and does not confirm specific game launches, investments or commercial commitments.

Rajan Navani, Chairman of JetSynthesys, said the partnership brings together complementary strengths from India and Japan and could create new opportunities across video gaming and digital entertainment.
Ryo Shima, CEO of JetSynthesys Japan, said global companies are increasingly seeking partners to help them navigate India’s gaming market. He added that the MoU with MIXI reflects growing interest in the country’s digital entertainment sector.
Sadaaki Kaneyoshi, Senior Corporate Officer at MIXI, described India as an important growth market for the global gaming ecosystem. He said the agreement would help MIXI deepen its understanding of the market and explore opportunities across gaming and digital entertainment.
