Vivo’s Diwali Campaign '#JoyOfHomecoming' Highlights Family Unity

The popular smartphone brand, vivo, has introduced a heart-warming Diwali campaign, named  '#JoyOfHomecoming', and collaborated with FCB India to achieve the essence of this festival.

The campaign targets the ordinary and easy things that make Diwali unique, such as house-cleaning, fairy lights, rangoli, or sweets-making with guests. It serves as a reminder that, the actual magic behind Diwali is the little things of the preparation and the happiness of gathering.

The short film which was part of the campaign gives a heartwarming account of how a father prepared his home to celebrate Diwali. During his clean-up, he comes across an old letter by a grown daughter who had written when she was a child promising to help in hanging the lights during the fest.

Moved by the thought, she runs home way up to fulfill that promise. They both hang the lights and their unity illuminates not only the house but also their unstoppable connection.
