The Year 2025 will be an unforgettable year for the IPL franchise team RCB and its fans. After 18 long years of hoping to lift the trophy, the time has finally come to say- “E sala cup namdu”. The finals of the match were held between PBKS and RCB on June 03. With RCB’s glorious win, the team had planned for the parade in Bengaluru, on their way to Chinnaswamy Stadium.

While June 04 2025 has turned out to be a sweet memory for many, as the day progressed, tragic events happened with RCB fans, which has left many families in tears. According to the planned schedule, celebrations were held in Chennaswamy Stadium. Many fans were waiting to see the glorious moment of the team carrying the trophy to the stadium.
The entire team has been facilitated in Vidhana Souda. The trophy was carried by Virat Kohli, who then welcomed the captain of the team, Rajat Patidar with it. The Karnataka Government took the initiative to felicitate the team. In the event Karnataka CM Siddramaiah and Deputy CM D K Shivakumar were present. Then this celebration was carried to Chennaswamy Stadium, where loud cheering was heard.
As the news of the parade and RCB’s arrival at Chennaswamy Stadium spread, a huge gathering was seen outside the stadium. Due to the large crowd near the stadium, it has been reported that a stampede has occurred. This stampede has taken the lives of 11 people and injured 24 people, which include a six-year-old girl. While many are blaming the RCB management, few are expressing their sadness about the events. This number may increase after the official statement given by the authority.
