Paytm has launched a new travel-booking app called Paytm Checkin, introducing AI to simplify how users plan and book their trips.

The app combines flight, train, bus, and metro bookings under one platform, offering a streamlined travel experience.

Paytm Checkin features an AI assistant that lets users search, compare, and book tickets through simple chat-based interactions.

It provides destination suggestions, travel itineraries, and booking options based on user preferences and past travel history.

Currently in beta, the app’s AI capabilities will continue improving through user feedback.

The platform also promises transparent pricing with no hidden charges and zero convenience fees on bookings.

For air travel, Paytm Checkin offers free cancellation at ₹99. The Travel Pass, priced at ₹249, gives additional savings and exclusive benefits. The app also includes Paytm Assured for bus bookings (ensuring quick refunds) and Ticket Assure for train bookings (for confirmed seats).

Vikash Jalan, CEO of Paytm Travel, said the app represents a major step in enhancing Paytm’s travel services.
