Microsoft's New AI-Powered Xbox Chatbot is Available Now

Support Virtual Agent(SVA) is an AI-Powered feature that is built to help Xbox players more efficiently just to solve their gaming related issues.  Microsoft is rolling out a new AI-powered feature for Xbox gamers, and this feature will be available only for the selected users.

What is the new Xbox AI feature? Support Virtual Agent is an AI-Powered feature built to help Xbox players more efficiently solve their support-related gaming issues. According to Microsoft, SVA can quickly access the information from Xbox support pages to answer the questions related to gaming support issues.

Who can use the AI-Powered Chatbot? The feature is currently introducing to selected Xbox Insiders. Xbox Insiders can use the features by selecting English as their preferred language. Which will begin previewing the Support Virtual Agent. “We value the feedback from Xbox Insiders for this preview experience and any feedback received will be used to improve the Support Virtual Agent,” said Microsoft. 

How to use Support Virtual Agent?

Step1: Xbox Insiders will see the Support Virtual Agent on the “Contact us” page on Xbox support page. 

Step2: Have to sign in with the same account they have registered with the Xbox Insider Program. 

Step3: They’ll see a new option to ask our new Support Virtual Agent a question. Once you click on “Ask a question,” users will see the Support Virtual Agent launch in a new browser window. 

Step4: You can ask the agent questions via text or voice, and it will answer with the relevant information.  In case the Support Virtual Agent cannot solve the issue, users  can request to speak with a live support agent as long as it is within Xbox Support’s normal hours of operation.
