“Frank took out the Gnuccis, but that just opened the door for new players,” Palmiotti said. “Daredevil wants to stop the violence, but Frank’s out to show him that only a bullet can end this for real.”

This miniseries brings back the raw, street-level vibe of Marvel Knights, a line Palmiotti helped create years ago that shaped both characters’ modern stories. “Writing these two again is like coming home,” Palmiotti shared. “It’s a rush to revisit this world and their rivalry, which started way back in Daredevil #183.” The series will explore the core difference between Daredevil’s belief in second chances and the Punisher’s no-mercy approach, making for a tense, emotional conflict.
