Is it Possible to Offer Distinct Content for Everyone and Everywhere at Once?

Audiences will determine how and where they want to consume content, which will determine the direction of entertainment in the future. Consider a situation where a QR code gives viewers the option to watch a movie on TV, via the phone, or in a theater. This adaptability will characterize entertainment in the new era.

But content needs to be seen by more people, particularly in a nation like India with such a large population. For instance, only 45 million viewers watched Stree 2, despite it being a huge hit. This demonstrates the enormous potential for wider distribution of material.

Filmmakers will be empowered and new content platforms will be created in the upcoming years by technology, especially artificial intelligence (AI) and creative distribution models. But telling stories that appeal to a wide range of people is crucial. We must concentrate on producing content that is of, for, and about India.

"There isn't a "takeover" by Southern cinema, in my opinion. The Hindi cinema industry has seen tremendous success since the pandemic, with movies like Animal, Gadar 2, Pathaan, Jawan, and Stree 2 earning between ₹500 and ₹600 crore at the Indian box office. This demonstrates unequivocally that the Hindi film business is doing on par with its equivalent in the South. Giving viewers something new and different is what really counts, and these movies have done just that. We should accept Hindi and Southern films as a single segment of the Indian film industry rather than seeing them as distinct entities. I'm hoping that movies from all throughout the nation will appeal to viewers everywhere", according to intustry expert

"Hits are made in both the Hindi and Southern film industries, however some of their productions fall flat. I am hopeful that the next two years will offer fresh tales from all over India, as I maintain relationships with creators in both fields.Streaming services will live with movie theaters; they pose no threat to them. Despite their continued growth, streaming services enhance rather than replace the cinematic experience."
