Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan and his father, filmmaker Rakesh Roshan, have sold three residential properties in Mumbai’s Andheri West for a combined value of ₹6.75 crore, according to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards. The transactions, registered in May 2025, highlight the duo’s strategic moves in Mumbai’s dynamic real estate market.

The first home, sold by Rakesh, was a spacious 1,025-square-foot apartment in Veejays Niwas CHS Limited, going for ₹3.75 crore. It came with two parking spots, and the buyer, Sonali Ajmera, paid ₹18.75 lakh in stamp duty plus ₹30,000 in registration fees. This sale was finalized on May 25.

Rakesh also let go of a second property, a 655-square-foot apartment in Raheja Classique, Andheri West, for ₹2.20 crore. The buyers—Jeevan Bhavanani, Shilpa Wadhwani, and Gaurav Wadhwani—sealed the deal on May 17, covering ₹13.20 lakh in stamp duty and ₹30,000 for registration.

Hrithik sold the third property, a cozy 240-square-foot unit in the same Raheja Classique complex, for ₹80 lakh to the same buyers. This deal, also completed on May 17, included a stamp duty of ₹4.80 lakh and ₹30,000 in registration fees.

Andheri West is a favorite spot for many, thanks to its closeness to Mumbai’s international airport and business hubs like Bandra Kurla Complex and Lower Parel. With great roads, trains, and metro connections, it’s easy to see why stars and professionals love this area.

The Roshans haven’t spilled the beans on why they sold these properties, but it’s likely part of reorganizing their investments. Meanwhile, they’re pouring their energy into Krrish 4, with Hrithik taking on directing for the first time and Rakesh producing. The movie’s already making waves, with K-Pop star Jackson Wang dropping hints about joining the cast.
