Hindustan Times $ OTTplay Launch Special "Rajinikanth Times" Edition

Hindustan Times has released a special front-page edition titled “Rajinikanth Times” in collaboration with OTTplay to celebrate 50 years of Rajinikanth’s film career.

This is the first time in the newspaper’s history that its entire front page has been redesigned as a front-page tribute to an actor.

The edition features a complete visual overhaul of the masthead and layout, marking a major creative departure for the publication. The tribute extends across HT Media platforms, with Fever FM joining the rollout to give the initiative wider reach across print, digital and radio.

OTTplay, which aggregates content from more than 30 OTT platforms, is using the campaign to highlight the wide availability of Rajinikanth’s films on streaming services.

Viewers can access a broad catalogue ranging from classics such as Baasha, Muthu and Thalapathi to recent titles including Petta, Jailer, Kaala and Vettaiyan.
