Ex-Ogilvy Leaders Launch Colloquial, a Creative Agency with 'No Voice'

By Media Infotainment Team | Monday, 18 August 2025

Ishita Misra and Pradyot Mokashi, two former Ogilvy creatives, have launched Colloquial, a creative agency that creates what it calls a new way of brand storytelling: it has no voice of its own.

The agency, whose launch takes place today, is dedicated to enhancing the individuality of brands without coming with a preconceived notion of a creative approach, putting it in a strategic position in a market filled with advertising agencies with its own distinct approach.

Misra and Mokashi, both seasoned professionals from Ogilvy, bring a wealth of experience to Colloquial. Misra, known for her innovative campaigns, emphasized the agency's philosophy: "We don’t want Colloquial to have a signature voice. Instead, we adapt to the brand’s essence, letting its story shine authentically." Mokashi added, "Our goal is to create work that resonates deeply with audiences by staying true to what makes each brand unique."
