Billionaire Elon Musk, who owns social media platform X, sparked an online conversation after reposting a message from a user named DogeDesigner, who claimed that "X is now the #1 news app on the AppStore in India."

How did Musk respond? Only one word: "Cool".

This development comes as Musk's interest in India appears to be growing. Following discussions with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Tesla's CEO hinted at an upcoming visit to the country.

According to Modi's post on X, the pair discussed "the immense potential for collaboration in areas of technology and innovation between India and the US." Musk responded, "I am looking forward to visiting India later this year!"

Tesla, meanwhile, has increased its presence in India. It was reported on Monday that the electric vehicle giant is in preliminary talks with US-based memory chipmaker Micron and Mumbai-based CG Semi—part of the Murugappa Group—as it seeks to diversify and reduce reliance on traditional supply hubs such as China for inputs.
