ASUS Rolls Out New ExpertBook B Series Laptops in India

ASUS has just launched its ExpertBook B Series laptops in India, tailored for businesses of all sizes. The lineup features three models: the accessible B1, the high-end B3, and the premium B5.

Packed with AI capabilities, solid performance, and tough-as-nails build quality, these laptops are ideal for everyone from big corporations to small startups.

The ExpertBook B Series runs on Intel Core Ultra Series 2 processors, equipped with Intel Arc graphics and Neural Processing Units (NPUs) that handle up to 99 TOPS for AI tasks like real-time transcription, translation, and cutting out background noise during calls.

The B3 and B5 come with up to 64GB of fast DDR5 RAM, dual PCIe Gen 4 SSDs for speedy storage, and smart cooling to keep things running smoothly.

The B1, weighing just 1.42kg, supports up to Intel Core i7-13620H processors and quick DDR5-5200 RAM.

These laptops are built to take a beating, meeting the MIL-STD-810H military standard with 24 durability tests, including 50,000 hinge cycles and keyboards that can shrug off up to 78cc of spills. Security is top-notch, with self-healing BIOS, TPM 2.0, and optional IR cameras for Windows Hello face login. The B3 and B5 also include ASUS AI ExpertMeet, which makes video calls sharper with noise cancellation and face-tracking webcams.

The screens are a highlight. The B3 and B5 offer 14-inch or 16-inch WQXGA (2560x1600) IPS displays with a 144Hz refresh rate and 400 nits brightness, certified by TÜV Rheinland for eye comfort. The B1 sports a 15.6-inch Full HD IPS display at 300 nits. For connectivity, you get Thunderbolt 4 (standard on B5, optional on B3), HDMI, USB-C, and optional 4G/5G support.
