Amitabh Bachchan to Return as KBC Host, Shuts Down Exit Speculations

Amitabh Bachchan, the beloved host of KBC grew emotionally charged during the KBC finale of season 16 as he delivered his address to viewers. Through a heartfelt video from the episode, Bachchan demonstrated his deep appreciation for the continuous love and backing he received throughout the years because it solidified his close bond with KBC and its audience. Furthermore Big B dismissed every rumor alleging he would be replaced by Shah Rukh Khan or Aishwarya Rai Bachchan through a definitive announcement that he would return for the upcoming season.

Reflecting on his journey, Bachchan shared his thoughts in Hindi, saying, “At the start of every phase, there is a thought that comes to mind: after so many years, will I still be able to see that love, that togetherness, that warmth in everyone’s eyes or not? And by the end of each phase, the truth becomes that this journey, this stage, and everything I have received has been far more than I ever wished for, and it continues to come to me. Our hope is that this desire remains the same and never fades.” The words that emerged from his heart truly emphasize the emotional bond that he shares with KBC and the KBC audience.

Since its 2000 launch KBC has closely identified with Big B Amitabh Bachchan while Shah Rukh Khan temporarily took the hosting reins for three seasons.
