In February 2025, Hyderabad-based Head Digital Works shared plans to take a majority stake in Deltatech Gaming, aiming to fold Adda52 into its operations while giving Delta Corp a 5% share in Head Digital. This deal is set to boost Adda52’s place in India’s fast-growing online gaming scene.
