'War 2' Post-Credit Scene to Star Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, and Alia Bhatt

The anticipation for War 2, the sixth installment in Yash Raj Films’ (YRF) Spy Universe, has reached fever pitch with reports of a star-studded post-credit scene.

Directed by Ayan Mukerji, the movie stars Hrithik Roshan as Major Kabir Dhaliwal, Jr NTR making his Bollywood debut, and Kiara Advani. Word on the street is that the film’s post-credit scene will feature Shah Rukh Khan as Pathaan, Salman Khan as Tiger, and Alia Bhatt hyping up her upcoming project Alpha. 

The War 2 trailer, which dropped on July 25, gave us a glimpse of the action-packed drama, with Hrithik and Jr NTR going head-to-head in a fierce rivalry.

Kiara Advani plays a RAW officer, possibly Colonel Sunil Luthra’s daughter, adding intrigue to the plot. But the real talk is about the post-credit scene, which promises to bring together some of Bollywood’s biggest stars. Shah Rukh’s Pathaan might drop hints about Pathaan 2 or Tiger vs Pathaan, while Salman’s Tiger could tease the next Tiger movie.

Alia Bhatt, alongside Sharvari Wagh, is expected to introduce Alpha, the Spy Universe’s first female-led film, coming in December 2025.

With a hefty ₹200 crore budget, War 2 was filmed in stunning locations like Spain, Italy, Abu Dhabi, Japan, Russia, and India. Jr NTR shines in a scene where he takes on 40 opponents, while Hrithik’s intense sword fight in a Shaolin Temple is a showstopper. The trailer also features a fun dance-off in the song “Janaabe Aali,” with music by Pritam, adding some flair to the action.
