ZEE5 Promotes Shresth Gupta to VP of Marketing (SVOD) for India and Global

ZEE5, a video streaming company, has promoted Shresth Gupta to vice president of marketing (SVOD) for India and Global. Shresth, who joined ZEE5 in August 2020, will now be in charge of launching and promoting original series and movies in Hindi, Bengali, and Marathi, with the goal of driving subscription growth both domestically and internationally.

Shresth has over 15 years of experience in strategic planning and brand development, having held executive positions at Sun TV Network, Zee Entertainment Enterprises, and Reliance Broadcasting Network. He has led successful initiatives such as the launch of Zindagi and &Prive HD.

Shresth has also played a key role in launching Sun Bangla to eastern markets, in addition to spearheading promotions for ZEE5 debuts such as Taj: Divided by Blood, Sirf Ek Bandaa Kaafi Hai, and Gyaarah Gyaarah.

Shresth is well-known for his ability in digital marketing, narrative, and consumer analytics, generating campaigns that continually appeal with audiences. He has a postgraduate diploma in communications from MICA and a bachelor's degree in engineering from Rajasthan University.
