This Independence Day, Carnival by Tresind Serves Festive Specials with Patriotic Flair

This 15th August at Carnival by Trèsind, guests can look forward to more than just a meal – they’ll experience the spirit of India, plated, poured, and performed. 

In honour of Independence Day, the restaurant’s much-loved 8-course experiential menu will be reimagined with a festive twist. True to Carnival’s signature flair for playful innovation, the special edition menu brings together the nostalgia of India’s beloved street food with the finesse of modern culinary artistry where each course has been thoughtfully curated to reflect the nation’s vibrant colours, aromas, and flavours – transforming the occasion into a dining journey that is as heartfelt as it is memorable.

Taking centre stage in this celebration is a specially introduced Gol Gappa cart, a playful nod to the timeless street-food classic, beloved across generations. Served with bold, flavourful fillings, each bite is a joyful reminder of India’s diverse palate and shared culinary memories.

To capture the essence of unity in diversity, Carnival by Trèsind is also unveiling a Tri-Colour Gola, a refreshing, flag-inspired treat that celebrates the vibrant hues of saffron, white, and green. A symbol of togetherness, it offers both a visual and sensory delight, perfect for a summer afternoon of patriotic festivity.

As a final tribute, guests can savor the restaurant’s most iconic dessert, the Carnival Celebration. A decadent composition of vanilla and pistachio crumble, chocolate sponge, apricot, mango gel, caramel sauce, chocolate crispies, each bite offers layers of texture and flavour, from the crunch of chocolate crispies to the tang of berry gel and the richness of mango-caramel swirls - a truly indulgent ode to the nation’s spirit.

And since no Indian celebration is complete without music, at Carnival too, guests can soak in the festive mood with live unplugged music from 1pm onwards, creating a perfect afternoon of patriotic indulgence.
