Sonu Nigam, Shreya Ghoshal, and Shankar Mahadevan will Perform at Mahakumbh 2025

The Mahakumbh Fair is going to start on December 13, and is sure to merge both spiritual as well as cultural events because people from all over the countries and even abroad will come here to take a dip at the confluence of the Ganga, Yamuna, and the mythical Saraswati. Besides this amusement, devotees can look forward to hearing the outstanding performance of popular Bollywood singers starting January 10, 2025.

India's most popular singers and composers like Shankar Mahadevan, Kailash Kher, Sonu Nigam, Vishal Bhardwaj, Richa Sharma, Jubin Nautiyal, and Shreya Ghoshal will be performing at the grand event. The newly built Ganga Pandal within the fairgrounds is a structure that has a total capacity of 10,000 people, and all performances would take place at this venue. Cultural events will be organized on specified days between 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The very first performance at the pandal, will take place on January 10 with Shankar Mahadevan, the singer-composer. He will mesmerize all fans present in the pandal with his performance. This will be followed by the performance of the known folk song singer Malini Awasthi on January 11, when she will delight the audience with her melodious renditions.

Kailash Kher, known for his devotional and soulful melodies, will perform on January 18 for the next event. The next day, January 19, the audience will be entertained by Sonu Nigam, as confirmed by the officials.

Furthermore, other artists performing during Mahakumbh 2025 include Maithili Thakur on January 20, Kavita Paudwal on January 31, Vishal Bhardwaj on February 1, and Richa Sharma on February 2. The cultural carnival will continue with amazing performances with Jubin Nautiyal on February 8, Rasika Shekhar on February 10, Hansraj Raghuwanshi on February 14, and Shreya Ghoshal on February 24. With such names lined up in the same event with the meaning of creating an ambiance of spirituality and devotion, this grand event is assured to become a memorable show of cultural significance.

The entire event has been organized by the culture department of Uttar Pradesh and the ministry of culture, Government of India. While these artists are confirmed to participate in the cultural festival, the officials have stated that other singers will be looked for depending upon their availability.
