Saiyaara Day 3 Box Office: Ahaan Panday Film Soars with 48% Jump

Saiyaara Box Office Collection Day 3: While Bollywood's latest stars Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda are busy setting records at the box office for the new love story ‘Saiyaara’.

The love drama that released on July 18, has taken the big screen by storm and achieved 48 percent in profits on July 20. According to film industry tracker Sacnilk, Saiyaara has generated a net of Rs. 37 crore in India on Day 3 of - Sunday, after doing Rs. 25 crore in business the day before.

The movie with only new faces, opened to an impressive Rs. 21 crore net on its first day.

So now after just three days in theatres - Saiyaara has not only exceeded its box office prospects but has generated Rs. 83 crore net in India.

The movie directed by Mohit Suri saw its theatres jam packed as footfall increased over the weekend , with an overall Hindi occupancy recorded at 71.18 percent on Sunday.

An excerpt from trade analyst Sumit Kadel's box office predictions states Saiyaara will likely do a business of Rs. 200 crore net and may touch ₹300 crore which will be substantial for a film .

Film trade analyst Taran Adarsh, who gave the movie 4.5 star rating states, “Saiyaara is achieving is both UNIMAGINABLE and UNPRECEDENTED… The film is in rampage mode – not just across metros, but also in Tier-2 and Tier-3 centres... Midnight shows are being added to meet the overwhelming demand."

Anticipating over Rs. 75 crore weekend collection, he added, “Saiyaara is set to become the second #Blockbuster of 2025, after #Chhaava.”

 “Devoid of Star Power, Franchise Backing & Safe Genre, yet defied all projections with sheer content and word of mouth.”
