Rhea Singha of Gujarat crowned Miss Universe India 2024

Rhea Singha, a 19-year-old from Gujarat, has been crowned Miss Universe India 2024 and will represent India at the global Miss Universe pageant. The grand finale took place on Sunday in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Rhea describes herself as a 'TEDx Speaker | Actor' in her Instagram bio.

The event buzzed with excitement as Rhea claimed the prestigious title. Overflowing with joy after her victory, she told ANI with a radiant smile, "Today, I became Miss Universe India 2024. I'm incredibly grateful. I've worked hard to reach a point where I feel worthy of this crown. I'm truly inspired by the previous winners."

For the finale, Rhea dazzled in a shimmery peach-golden dress. During the swimsuit round, she confidently walked the stage in a metallic red bikini, and for the costume round, she wore a striking white, red, and yellow dress paired with a veil, while carrying a Shivling in her arms.

Miss Universe India 2015, Urvashi Rautela, who judged the event, crowned Rhea with a unique Taj Mahal crown. She shared her thoughts, expressing optimism that "India will win the Miss Universe crown again this year."

"I feel what all the girls are feeling. The winners are mind-blowing. They will represent our country very well in Miss Universe, and I am hopeful that India will win the Miss Universe crown again this year. All the girls have been hard-working, dedicated, and extremely beautiful," Urvashi Rautela told the media.

With this title, Rhea Singha is now gearing up to represent India at the Miss Universe 2024 competition, scheduled for later this year.
