Pooja Hegde Joins Rajinikanth's Coolie for a Special Dance Number

Expectations for Rajinikanth's much anticipated next movie Coolie have increased after it was announced that Pooja Hegde will be joining the Coolie team. The most anticipated Lokesh Kanagaraj action drama film has confirmed that its makers have chosen Pooja Hegde's name for a special dance number after a week of whispers and speculation.

On the 26 of February Sun Pictures shared a blurred image of a well known actress's in there social media’s which got the fans guessing and debating on who she could be.The mystery was solved the next day with the release of a new poster that displayed Pooja Hedge in a glamorous red gown that signified her role in Coolie. She joins an already star-studded cast that includes Rajinikanth, Nagarjuna, Sathyaraj, Shruti Haasan, Upendra, and Soubin Shahir.

Reports suggest that Pooja Hegde's special dance performance in Coolie is expected to create a lot of discussion similar to Tamannaah's viral hit Kaavaalaa from Jailer. Fans expect that this song will enhance the film's intense action scenes. The actress has already finished filming her part in the movie. It's also interesting to note that this song will be an exception  to the rule of director Lokesh Kanagaraj who is renowned for his unique storytelling style who usually avoids using special songs in cinema.

Coolie’s songs are composed by the talented Anirudh Ravichander. With a major release scheduled for August, the film's final stages of production are proceeding quickly.
