Paridhi Bhatiya, Former Head of Ogilvy's Content Force, Joins Pepper
Paridhi Bhatiya has left Ogilvy after just over seven years. She will now be the national head of content, creative, and strategy at Pepper.
Bhatiya led Ogilvy's Content Force, a specialised content production and marketing unit, for nearly four and a half years, shaping the agency's digital content narrative.
Anirudh Singla, CEO and co-founder of Pepper, stated, "Paridhi brings rare energy—part creator, part strategist, and all heart. She's created scalable systems, visionary teams, and cultural relevance at scale. As we prepare for the future of content, we need leaders who will not only move with it, but will charge ahead of it. Paridhi is that force, and we're excited to have her guide what comes next."
Bhatiya stated upon joining: "Content isn't just a medium anymore—it's the marketplace, the movement, and the moment. At Pepper, I want to create an ecosystem that isn't siloed—where content, creativity, and strategy aren't distinct verticals, but rather one dynamic, living force. Bhatiya has nearly 18 years of experience, including positions at Tonic Media, Saatchi & Saatchi, and DigitasLBi, among others.
