Oklahoma City Thunders Enters the Finals by Eliminating Minnesota Timberwolves

The latest game of the NBA playoffs has recorded a severe loss for the Oklahoma City Thunder. 

Timberwolves, with their 41.2 percent shot rate, stuck to committing 21 turnovers, giving the lead to Thunder in gaining easy scores.

The known players of the Timberwolves, Anthony Edwards and Jaden McDaniels, struggled in last night's game. Edwards scored a total of 19 points for the team, but shooting only 7-of-18 overall and 1-of-7 from three, pushed the team backward. Jaden’s severe low score resulted from 2-of-13 from the field and 5-pointers finishing.

Oklahoma grabbed the opportunity and scored 124 points, with their 52.3 percent shooting. The star player of the team, Shai Gilgeaous-Alexander, led the team with 34 points on 14-of-25 shooting. Further, he added eight assists and seven rebounds, pulling the team forward. Jalen Williams took the limelight of the game with his 19 points, in on grabbing eight rebounds, and five assists. Chet Holmgren scored a total of 22 points with 8-of-13 shooting.

But the Thunders took the huge lead with Isaiah Joe’s perfect shot of 4-of-4 from the field and 3-of-3 from beyond the arc for 11 points. With this match, Thunder has taken the lead on the boards, beating the Minnesota Timberwolves with 53 against 45. This game has brought the Thunder to the NBA finals.
