LinkedIn's New AI Capabilities can Compose Cover letter, Assess Resumes, and More

LinkedIn, a social media site focused on business and employment, began testing its AI-powered job experience with a restricted group of Premium users late last year. The exam yielded positive findings, with more than 90% considering it useful for determining whether a certain role is a good fit, determining the best approach to position yourself, or just learning more about the possible employer.

LinkedIn is now rolling out this experience to all Premium users worldwide, beginning with English. In addition, in response to feedback, the firm is expanding its AI-powered employment experience with new features.

New features include exploring careers with your Jobseeker Coach. Navigate and uncover employment possibilities more easily and quickly by asking in straightforward words, such as, "Find me a remote marketing job in Detroit that pays at least $110,000."

• Simplify your job hunt with personalized cover letter recommendations that you can evaluate and amend.

Furthermore, the firm has begun testing the ability to receive customized practical guidance instantaneously from industry-leading business experts and coaches via LinkedIn Learning, which is driven by AI.

The replies you will receive have been taught by specialists and reflect a unique combination of insights tailored to each learner's specific requirements.

LinkedIn is also introducing 60 new courses every week to its existing 22,000 LinkedIn Learning courses. These include over 800 AI courses, such as how to develop AI literacy and increase your abilities in deep learning. As learners, including all Premium subscribers, watch LinkedIn's new courses, they can now easily ask for content summaries, clarification of specific themes, examples, and other real-time insights, such as "Can you simplify this concept?" or "How does this apply to me?".
