Instagram Rolls Out Custom App Icons for Teen Accounts

Instagram just launched a fun new feature for its Teen Accounts, letting younger users switch up their app icon with six cool themes: fire, floral, chrome, cosmic, slime, and more.

This update is all about giving teens a way to show off their personality right from their phone’s home screen.

The new icons were designed with input from illustrator Carlos Oliveras Colom and Instagram’s own design team.

Teens can easily change their app icon by tapping the Instagram logo at the top of their home screen and picking a theme that matches their vibe.

“If I were a teen, I’d probably switch my icon every day to match my mood or style,” Colom shared.
