India Aims to Win a Gold Medal in the 4x400-meter Relay in Paris Olympics
The 4x400m relay team from India, according to athlete Amoj Jacob, wants to win an Olympic gold medal in Paris.
The men's 4x400-meter relay team, which of Jacob, Arokia Rajiv, Muhammad Anas Yahiya, and Muhammad Ajmal, will compete on August 9 at the Paris Olympics in Stade de France. Prior to the competition, Amoj disclosed that the team's goal is to win the gold medal and that they will stop at nothing to accomplish this.
"We are working really hard for it and are really thrilled about it. We're going to do great. We're going to do better than we did the year before. We wish for this. We've considered stealing the gold. We'll give it our all. We want to return with a medal," Jacob stated to ANI
However, the Indian team must make it to the event final before competing for the gold. Jacob requested the supporters to keep them in their prayers as he admitted that their attention is on the qualifying round.
This time, we felt that something ought to occur. Our primary goal is to make it to the final. We intend to exert maximum effort. Please remember us in your prayers so that we experience no issues. We're going to give it our all, and perhaps as we run, your heartbeat will match ours. "Many thanks and please remember us in your prayers," he said.
India's men's and women's teams will compete in the 4x400m relay team event at the current Paris Olympics.
Rupal Chaudhary, M R Poovamma, Jyothika Sri Dandi, and Subha Venkatesan's women's team placed second at the World Athletics Relays earlier this year, earning a trip to the Paris Games.
With a cumulative time of 3 minutes and 3.23 seconds, the men's team, which of Muhammad Anas Yahiya, Muhammad Ajmal, Arokia Rajiv, and Amoj Jacob, came in second in their heat.
