The campaign gets a boost from folk singer Maame Khan's music, adding a lively vibe that mixes old traditions with modern fun. It's all about reimagining how we enjoy Indian sweets, making ice cream a bridge between the past and present.
Ankit Chona, Hocco's founder, shared his thoughts: “At Hocco, our DNA has always been about challenging the ordinary and redefining how India experiences ice cream. With the Ice Cream Barfi, we’re taking a timeless Indian sweet and giving it a bold, innovative twist by turning mithai into something cooler, literally. Partnering with Haldiram’s, a brand that represents trust and tradition, allows us to show how innovation and heritage can come together to create a completely new festive experience. This is exactly the kind of innovative spirit Hocco stands for.”
Experts see this as a clever move in the growing market for blended desserts, especially with India's ice cream scene booming thanks to more spending power and festival cheer. It might inspire more such collaborations.
