Guests Get Chills during AR Rahman's Live Performance at Ambani's Reception

During Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's wedding reception, the guests were moved by the music master AR Rahman. Rahman played the well-known '90s classics live at the Mangal Utsav celebration. He also sang the song Tere Bina from Mani Ratnam's historical film Guru from 2007. Several attendees of the event have shared the footage, claiming that viewing him in person gives them chills.

At Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's wedding celebration, which was held during Mangal Utsav, award-winning singer Shreya Ghoshal also joined AR Rahman on stage to perform some of their popular songs.

The Ambani family has spared no money for Anant's wedding, which is specifically their final one. They have planned two pre-wedding parties and a three-day wedding extravaganza. The invitation card, extensively disseminated on social media, provided information about the events and suggested attire: traditional Indian attire for the Shubh Vivah, formal Indian attire for the Shubh Aashirwad, and stylish Indian attire for the Mangal Utsav.

Celebrities from across the world, including the Kardashians, John Cena, Nick Jonas, Nigerian singer Rema, former UK prime ministers Tony Blair and Boris Johnson, and Huda Beauty president Mona Kattan and her husband Hassan Elamin, were present at their wedding. During the Shubh Aashirwad ceremony, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi also made an appearance to bestow blessings on the newlyweds.

Standing ovations were given to two Shankaracharyas who attended the event: Shankaracharya of Jyotirmath Swami Avimukteshwaranand and Shankaracharya of Dwarka Peeth Swami Sadananda Saraswati.
