Girish Johar Appointed as the Head of Distribution and Revenues at ZEE Studios

Girish Johar is now the Head of Distribution and Revenues at ZEE Studios. Johar Brings in more than 30 years of experience having with companies like UTV, Sony, PVR, Sahara, and Balaji, among others.

Significantly, Girish Johar has worked in a variety of roles on almost 200 films in Hindi, English, Marathi, Punjabi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam.

According to reports, he will assist with the acquisition of films and investigate the global monetization of their productions in all languages and rights in this new position.

In fact, Johar will be performing at ZEE Studios for the second inning. Johar oversaw the organization's global revinue for two years from 2014 to 2016 before pursuing new possibilities in this career. 

He was named Chief Operating Officer of FNP Media, a Ferns n Petals company, in 2021. Over the course of his career, Johar Girish, a producer and box office analyst, has worked on about 200 films in languages including Hindi, English, Marathi, Bengali, Punjabi, Telugu, Malayalam, and Tamil. Johar Girish graduated from the Indian Institute of Management in Bangalore with an MBA in marketing and information technology.
