Flam, AI-powered Mixed Reality Publishing Platform, Raises Funding from KL Rahul
Flam, an AI-powered mixed reality publishing platform, has received financing from cricketer KL Rahul. Flam's latest MR breakthrough aims to alter the way fans interact with celebrities. This platform also allows companies to post mascots or goods as characters for content creation.
"This is going to alter sports fandom forever. It will provide several unique opportunities for fans to interact with their favorite sportsmen. I was shocked at how easily we could develop this stuff. This is going to be a huge hit with fans," stated KL Rahul.
Shourya Agarwal, Flam's Founder and CEO, stated, "We are pleased to bridge the gap between the screen and reality, bringing superstars straight into your personal area. Flam will maximize the potential of user-generated content with celebrities by allowing fans to create and share viral experiences. We anticipate marketers employing this invention to engage and fascinate crowds at events, concerts, sports, films, and television shows."
This fresh investment comes as a surge of national athletes express a keen interest in Indian companies. Olympian PV Sindhu has supported D2C wellness company Hoop and agritech startup Greenday's FMCG brand Better Nutrition.
Similarly, Indian supplement business Supply6 has signed former South African cricketer AB de Villiers as an investor and brand ambassador. Cricketer Virender Sehwag also invested in Getepay, a finance business located in Jaipur. Shreyas Iyer, an Indian cricketer, invested in the healthtech platform Curelo in April.
