Dhurandhar 2 Breaks Records With Massive Box Office Surge
Dhurandhar The Revenge, directed by Aditya Dhar and starring Ranveer Singh, continues its historic box office run after a phenomenal opening week that crossed ₹1000 crore worldwide.
The spy thriller showed no signs of slowing down during its second weekend, setting new benchmarks in both domestic and international markets.
Released on Thursday following a record-breaking premiere on Wednesday, the film had already amassed ₹674 crore net in India by the end of its first week.
After a slight weekday dip, it regained momentum on its second Friday with ₹41.75 crore, followed by a significant jump to ₹62.85 crore on Saturday.

On Sunday, the film achieved the biggest second Sunday ever for an Indian film, collecting ₹68 crore. This pushed its total domestic collection to ₹847 crore net (₹1012 crore gross) within 11 days, making it the highest-grossing Hindi film domestically and surpassing Dhurandhar 1, which held the previous record at ₹840 crore.
Internationally, the film has been equally dominant. It opened with a strong $7 million and earned over $22 million during its first overseas weekend.
Despite a midweek slowdown, collections surged again in the second weekend, with Sunday alone contributing nearly $3 million. The film’s international gross now stands at approximately $38 million.

In a major milestone, Dhurandhar 2 has become the highest-grossing Indian film in North America, surpassing the long-standing record held by Baahubali 2: The Conclusion. With its consistent performance, the film continues to climb the list of the highest-grossing Indian films of all time.
