Following two grand pre-wedding celebrations and a ‘Samuh Vivah’, Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant are poised to exchange vows on July 12, 2024. The wedding will take place at the Jio World Convention Centre Mumbai’s Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC). In May, the new agency shared a photograph of Anant and Radhika's wedding invitation card on its official social media handle.

Mass Wedding for the Indigent

On July 2nd, the Ambanis arranged a ‘Samuh Vivah’( mass wedding) for over 50 underprivileged couples from Palghar. Each bride received gold ornaments like Mangalsutra, wedding rings, and nose rings, along with silver items such as toe rings and anklets. Additionally, every bride was given a cheque of rs. 1.01 lakh as her ‘streedhan’, representing her personal assets. Furthermore, the couples were provided with essential groceries, and household items for a year, as well as appliances and bedding essentials.

July 14th: The Magal Utsav wedding receptions will follow, featuring an Indian chic theme.

During the pre-wedding celebrations in Jamnagar, guests enjoyed performances by Rihana and Akon. The cruise Festivities Featured captivating performances by artists like the Backstreet Boys, Pitbull, and Italian singer Andrea Bocelli. According to a recent India Today Report, negotiations are ongoing to finalize performance dates for Adele, Drake, and Lana Del Rey, and other singers scheduled to perform at their upcoming Mumbai wedding.
